Booking Conditions
After confirming your booking as definite (we will send a confirmation to your e-mail address) you will be asked to pay within 7 days the cost of 1st night via wire transfer to the bank account of Karlova Apartments (last minute bookings will be solved alternatively). Minimum
number of nights accommodation in apartments: 2 nights.
This deposit will represent a guarantee for the reservation and for your arrival. The outstanding balance will be paid right on the spot upon your arrival to the apartments in cash (EUR preferably).
Cancellation is possible 1 week prior to arrival at latest, if cancelling the booking later than 1 week in advance, the deposit will not be refunded. Please note you're responsible for the bank fees in case of returning the deposit to your account. Thank you.
